Refund policy

RETURNS
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR THE ORIGINAL ARTWORK UNLESS IT WAS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY.

We have a 7-day return policy for all art prints, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us here by filling out the contact form.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You'll be responsible for shipping the item back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES 
If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package with the original artwork or giclee print, please do not sign for the delivery, take photos of the damaged item and packaging, and contact us here within 24 hours.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
